The film was broadcast on Logo TV on The Click List: Best in Short Film. Wolfe Releasing distributed the film as part of a short film compilation, garnering the privilege of the DVDs namesake: Boy Crazy.
John co-produced the thriller/horror short film, The Hike (written and directed by Walt Bost). John directed and wrote the lyrics for an internal corporate music video for MMC, Inc. Most recently, he wrote the lyrics for the choral piece Marrying On Christmas Day (music by David Frank Long).
